5-7 Day Settlement
Direct bank refunds are credited within 5 to 7 business days via Razorpay.
Drop Protection
Calls dropped due to network error within 60s are auto-credited back.
1. Failed Recharge Refunds
If your bank account or UPI was debited but coins were not credited to your BatKro wallet due to a gateway timeout, the payment is automatically reversed by Razorpay within 5–7 business days.
2. Consultation Call Quality Issues
If you encounter severe audio/video distortion or sudden disconnect during a consultation, report the call ID within 24 hours to our support team for an instant wallet credit review.
3. Completed Calls
Because 1-on-1 calls involve real-time direct host/creator connection, successfully completed calls are non-refundable once finished.
