Privacy Policy
At BatKro (“batkro.online”), your privacy and safety are paramount. All 1-on-1 audio and video consultations are confidential and end-to-end encrypted.
BatKro is exclusively intended for adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from or offer services to minors.
Zero Recording
1-on-1 private audio and video calls are streamed via Agora RTC and never recorded or saved on any server.
No Data Selling
We never monetize, rent, or sell your phone numbers, call records, or personal data to advertisers.
1. Information We Collect
- Account Credentials: Full name, mobile number, optional email address, and encrypted authentication tokens.
- Profile Details: Display name, profile avatar, language preferences, and bio.
- Device Identifiers: Device UUID and OS version used strictly for fraud prevention, multi-account abuse prevention, and the one-time ₹50 signup coin distribution.
- Payment Transaction Records: Order IDs, token recharge amounts, and gateway status handled by Razorpay. We do NOT store card numbers, CVVs, or UPI PINs.
2. Device Permissions (Android / Google Play)
- Microphone (RECORD_AUDIO): Used exclusively during active 1-on-1 audio calls. Streams are ephemeral and never recorded.
- Camera (CAMERA): Used exclusively during active 1-on-1 video calls. Frames are rendered real-time and never saved.
- Bluetooth (BLUETOOTH_CONNECT): Used to route call audio smoothly through connected wireless headphones.
- Notifications (POST_NOTIFICATIONS): Used for incoming call alerts and chat messages.
- We do NOT request or access contacts, SMS, device storage files, or GPS location.
3. Third-Party Service Providers
- Google Firebase: Secure authentication tokens, Firestore database, and Cloud Storage with TLS 1.3 / AES-256 encryption.
- Agora.io: Ultra-low latency encrypted real-time audio and video communications.
- Razorpay Software Pvt Ltd: RBI-authorized payment aggregator managing UPI, Net Banking, and Cards with PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance.
4. Account & Personal Data Deletion
In compliance with Google Play's User Data policy, users can permanently delete their account and associated data at any time:
- In-App: Open the BatKro App → Profile → Terms & Privacy → “Delete Account” tab → Tap “Delete My Account Permanently”.
- Web / Email Request: Send an email from your registered email or mentioning your registered phone number to batkro.online@gmail.com with the subject line “Permanent Account Deletion Request”.
What gets erased: Your authentication record, mobile number, profile photo, chat histories, call records, and remaining wallet balance are permanently purged from Google Cloud servers within 48 to 72 hours.
Grievance Officer (India IT Rules 2021)
Designated Grievance Officer under Rule 3(2) of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021:
Acknowledgment within 24-48 business hours; resolution within 15 days.
